At Created By KC, we specialise in custom and personalised items that are made specifically for each customer. Please read our returns policy carefully before placing your order.
This policy is in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and does not limit your rights under that law.
Personalised & Custom Items
Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

Incorrect information provided by the customer (including spelling, names, dates, colours, or design choices)

Items you simply decide you no longer want
Please ensure all details provided when ordering are correct, as personalised items are made exactly as requested.
Damaged or Faulty Items
We take pride in the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.
To lodge a claim, please:

Contact us with clear photos showing the damage or fault.

Provide your order number and description of the issue.
If the item is confirmed to be faulty or damaged, we will replace the item.
In some circumstances, we may require the item to be returned before a replacement is issued.
Items will not be considered faulty if damage has occurred due to:

Items received through giveaways, competitions, or promotional offers are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.
